Lightbulb HID Torch envy for around £300 (ish)

I want a new umbilical HID torch to go with a shed load of new kit which is currently winging it's way to my humble aboad. I know this is the entry point for HID, but I think it's better than the top of the range halogen/xenon stuff for a similar price. I want it for UK use and with an umbilical cord, 80min+ burn time, 10w HID bulb for brightness/cost and under 8hr charge time with a variable current charger (just in case). I would prefer variable focus but the cost may prohibit this. So......

I want to know what's best for around £300 - and why? If anyone rekons they know the best place for price, that info. would be appreciated too.

James
