No, but only probably cos the Big Man has been looking after me....
When the first Aladins came out (mid 1980s) I guess we weren't quite as aware as we should have been of the fact that it is you that get bent not your computer. I remember having a superb dive with a couple of mates on the Pinnacles in Loch Bay near the Stein Inn on Skye.
The Pinnacles start at about 6ms and bottom out at over 20ms and we would grab a boulder and throw ourselves off the cliff and see who would be first to the bottom. Then we would race up to the top giggling like monkeys, grab another boulder and do it all over again (repeat for about 5 or 6 times)....
Hey, it was alright the computer said so
(although we did expect to see a little wheel chair move across the screen of the Aladin)
Hmm. Don't think I would do that now
