Bad back

Hi,

Every time I move my twins about or try them out I pull my back or the bit at the top of my back in between my shoulders. Is there any strengthening exorcises I can do so that my lower back and the top middle part is stronger and can deal with this weight?

I do lift properly so dont believe its an issue with bending my legs.

I just add at this point I have note used the twins in the water yet. I do get the same problem with my 15 litre as well. After a days diving my back feels like its been jumped on by a very large person.

Thanks in advance

Jamie
