It depends on a couple of things.

Are you using a s/steel backplate?

What type of drysuit & undersuit are you using?

I would start with 30-50BAR in the tanks and no weight belt in fresh water and see how you go. You will not need any additional weight with full tanks but you may be a bit too light when the tanks are empty (depending on your suit).

A bouyancy check is required.

I am moving from steel faber 15 and 3ltr steel faber pony to twin faber 12's.

I am well aware that this is a "piece of string" question, but does anyone have a rougfh guess as to how much of the 10kg weight to remove from my weightbelt. I know I'll have to sort this out in the pool over the next few weeks, but enough of an estimate to avoid me going through the bottom of the pool on thursday evening and having airhog and dominic laughing their heads off at me would be great
