| I tihnk your major choice is whether you want HID or not. You can get a greenforce FII with LED head, that will do all you asked and isn't that expensive. But you might also want to look at a 100W HID Sartek, at just over £300 they are a fantastic torch. It certainly what i will be upgrading to soon.
