| Thanks Brian, turning the hoses does sound like the way to go. Your probably right about relaxing my bite on the mouth piece as well, there’s still a little paranoia about letting water get in. I won’t get the chance to try changing the attitude of the hoses until tomorrow (waiting for lime to arrive tonight) then hopefully I can get this sorted out. There are a lot of things I need to sort out on the unit. While on the course I used my instructors spare unit as mine was not ready. I was more concerned about learning/getting the drills right and monitoring the handsets than the actual comfort of diving it. Like any big change in diving kit it's going to take a while until everything feels the way I want it to. There will probably be some more questions; I'll just try to sort one thing out at a time. I was quite embarrassed when John told me about turning the hoses; it's so obvious I should have thought of this myself. Like a lot of other things in life we tend to look for the complex rather than the simple solution.
Thanks,
Dave
