Navy tables are fast, too fast IMO. They are designed for very fit young Navy boys with all the backup safety equipment (chambers) etc on hand.

Personally I am neither terribly fit or terribly young so I shy away from less conservative tables and use models which get me out of the water feeling great as appose to feeling sleepy and fatigued as I used to on these tables.

Better to do too much deco than too less. IMO better deco doesn't necessarily mean faster out the water, it means also 'cleaner' out the water.
