Not just backup, maybe I should have added how do people without VR3s or a Nexus plan deco.
One method described to me was to treat it as OC since it's too complicated to manually keep a set point during deco, so check the PPO2 at depth, ascend - still monitoring PPO2, at 20m set to 1.6, stop then ascend, a 6m set to 1.6 again and complete deco.
