| I saw a cuttlefish in Gosport Marina at the end of July. (I wasn't diving, just walking along a pontoon.) It looked dead as it was floating on the surface next to the walkway in between all the boats. My friend gently touched it, it flashed through a load of colours, turned and went on its way. Do they normally come that close to the surface and to civilisation?
