My unit took about 5 weeks from order to delivery, and it was cutting it fine - on the Thursday before the course began on the Monday, they phone my Instructor and told him that they'd probably not be able to deliver it before the weekend - he replied "oh, yes you will, the student is arriving on Monday!".. Sure enough the unit arrived at the weekend in time fo me to get my hands on it first thing monday.
I wonder whether AP have a different processes and priorities for dealing with instructors on individuals ordering unit? |
