Home made booster? Right guys, I know there are some very clever home builders on this forum. Somebody must be able to point me in the right direction here. I want to build an O2 booster, I have the Airspeed press book on low cost boosters and recon I could do it but know that there will be a lot of hassle and wasted parts in the process. The question is: Have any of you done this already? If so what did you use? Did you have parts custom made etc? What would be nice is a shopping list for the necessary parts and the rated performance of the assembled unit. Ready made boosters are the business but the cost is horrendous for what they are. It’s bad enough paying what we do for the RB’s but getting shafted on the booster as well is a little hard to swallow.
Dave.
