I think it all comes down to the type of divers you want on board. If you want to do more technical dives then a lift is pretty much a requirement (or a hyab! ) but if not then there are other ways to improve Taurus.

To be honest Taurus is a pretty good dive boat and I can't really think of all that many ways to improve it. Some more kitting up space would be nice (perhaps a stainless steel tube and deck plate platform over the engine hatch would be an idea), a microwave for the pies would be nice and, of course, some sails

What are you planning then? Setting your priorities for the next visit to the bank manager?
