| Same thing happened to Natasha and we only noticed half way down the shot on a dive on the Salsette, but that's another story.
What you need to look for is a couple of screws on the sides of the torch right at the back. Undo those with a small allen key and you should be able to slide the coloured metal cover off the innards of the torch, press the bulb back in, slide cover back etc. Also worth checking the o-rings for hairs/dust and maybe very lightly grease them.
