Sure I've come across this before, but all the DB's we write are now in vb.net, got rid of Access once and for all!

Bloody festering Access. I do a load of work with PHP and mySQL and am tempted to shift the whole shebang.
Anyhoo- the DB is in 2000 format. Works fine when opened in 2000, 2002, XP but not in 2003.
