They obviously should be filled with the manifold open but I suppose someone could make a mistake, although why a guy trained to fill tanks would close an already open manifold to fill is beyond me, but hey, I've been suprised many a time in the past..

So one tank should represent both but you raise an interesting point, mistakes are made and accidents do happen.. has anyone ever come across the problem of someone not filling correctly and should one test from both pillar valves
