Not sure it applies, but then again I'm no expert either! DAN doesn't sell insurance as such, but rather you pay a membership fee and get insurance cover as a benefit! (Could be b*llocks!) Bit like insurance cover I get thru my BSAC membership.

Doesn't DAN in effect buy insurance on behalf of its members?
