OK, bearing in mind it was eBay, the one I saw had all that + charger + second pack for £80-ish. That said, £150 for a decent dive torch (if the batteries work) wouldn't be outrageous, but bear in mind you may have to chuck all the batteries away and start again - that could cost from £35 to £100 depending on what you get...

...and I haven't used one, so can't tell you if it's a decent torch or not!
