you could either use "if" statements or you could use conditional formatting so taht if the cell was correct it could turn a preset colour of your choice or if it was wrong then it could also be set a preset colour.....so that it is brought to your attention...if you like you could send a copy of what you d like doing and the document and i could give it a go...just an idea, and i m not saying i d be successful but i d definetly try.
