delta-p include the prolog cd in the box with all new vr3's and this can be used to sample prolog,however to download your dives via infra-red to a pc loaded with prolog you have to buy the kit and this costs about £120 if you include the proplanner software.
so in short the cd is included but only lets you have a look see!!
