Dir in Bsac

I have to say that I have no problem diving within the club with most people, and there are now quite a number of us GUE Trained , people within the club can see the merits of certain aspects of DIR

However i feel that things may change ,the long hose and donating the primary seems to an issue

I feel that there is scope for both diving styles in the recreational range and deeper depending on the diver,to dive side by side providing people have an open mind

I enjoy the weekends away camping and diving and being social within the club
just hoping that people higher within Bsac can be open minded enough to accept some /most aspects of diving are changing

Although i have not been diving long it is apparent that Bsac have been slow to adopt new ideas over the years which does bother me slightly
Things cannot stay the same forever as we would have gas lamps in the street ...things evolve

However heres hoping a mole hill does not grow into a mountain

Andy

PS Really do not want this thread to turn into a DIR V Bsac slanging match
