If you use a couple of PCs and intend to use SKYPE on both, then its a PITA.. as you don't automatically get your contacts installed or downloaded when you sign onto the second machine..

Heres how to copy them across..

log out of skype on both machines (if you're logged in).

Within Explorer find Documents and Settings folder. Within this, find your profile folder - what you either sign in with or orginally setup on the PC. Under this folder find the Application Data folder, then the Skype folder inside it.
Open the Skype folder. you will see your skype profile login id as a folder name. Copy that entire folder, plus its contents to the second PC - to exactly the same place ("C:\Documents and Settings\[profilename]\Application Data\Skype")

run up the second PC and hey presto all your contacts are there..
