Mate,

I know I am stupid, but I did a 50M dive at 8.30amnd caught a plane at 4.30PM, mind you I was going to aberdeen, and if I was going to be bent that would be the place to be.

Just use common sense, if your talking about a 65M dive with two hours of deco your nuts, 50M with 45 mins did not particually worry me.
