| I tie off a small ('O' Ring size) piece of bungee off to the camera (where the wrist lanyard is shown on your pic) and then just use a double ender to clip it to my butt D-Ring.
When taking pics I just clip the double-ender off to my right chest D-Ring and replace when done.
I've also tried wearing it on the left hip D-Ring but because the housing has a counter-weight I find it drops down a little bit too much for my liking.
