| I'm new to this underwater photography myself Noel, all I can add to the above is get as close as you can to your subject , and set the flash to constant so it fires every shot, a bit of extra light makes the photo.

Ps, I tested my housing by putting a 2k bag of shot in it and taking it for a dip in my local pool
