| What you need is to find someone local who has a permit and the key and all use that one, If you all want to club together and get a key I would be happy to hold it and meet whoever wanted to launch or it could be left at one of the dive shops.I only know two people who have keys for Llanalian slip, but a lot of boats get launched there.The local council do everything possible to stop tourism.
