Nope, it's definitely NOT DIR to invert.  The Navy do it though.  And the RE.  Oh, and the fire brigade (2Tanks is a little quiet at this point for some reason).  So there is a precedent and I'd rather copy them than any other group.

I'm fairly certain I'll be inverting since I can't reach the valves easily, so you can dive with Doug.  I'm not fussed, but would have a problem with someone who couldn't do a shut-down and then needed all my gas to get them home, invert or normal.   Gas being expensive and all that...
