They didn't have enough time and i don't think you can sterilise a shovel, the tool they'd need to fill such a hole.
You've got "enlightened" and "disabled" muddled up, if ever i get to the position of not being able to wipe my own arse, i'll probably not be diving, so i'll take up a hobby that i can do, like knitting or jigsaws rather than put my cylinders on upside down.
I think the anaesthetic made me a nicer person.
