I use O2 grease on the o-ring on the head, the cannister o-ring and the o-ring on the h/p hose to the solenoid.
I do not use anything other than spit on any of the other o-rings on the RB (apart from the mouthpiece where if I strip it I use silicon).
Obviously for diluent first stage and O2 first stage I use O2 grease, but for all the others only saliva.
Never had a problem.
