The Evo is much better suited to the diver who travels a lot but wants a full electronically controlled breather (Not a KISS). If and when I upgrade my breather I will get the smaller, lighter less lead less drag EVO.

Looking back over my dive logs the 2 1/2 hour scrubber would cover the vast majority of my dives. With the temperature stick in it you could push the scrubber dependent on conditions. The smaller scrubber would result in a lot less waste of sofnalime as invariably I am doing 100min run times and binning the scrubber rather than attempt the next deep dive on a mainly spent unit a week later.

I wont dive the unit alpinist on deep dives so the size of the internal cylinders is not an issue. I am assuming I can still plug in off board gas for dill flushes and I would defo use off board gas for suit and wing inflation.
