so, twin 10's breathed down to 100 bar, spare (full) 15l at 232 bar. The manifold is turned off on the twins at the start .......
assuming the buddy emergency cylinder is empty at the start, decant from the 15l to the little cylinder .......
232 bar @15l = 3480l air divided by volume of 15l plus the buddy cylinder (say, 0.4l) = 226bar.
close the valves and transfer buddy cylinder to one half of twin 10s ......
100 bar in a 10l - 1000l of air, plus 226 bar in the 0.4l buddy cylinder = 90l. 1090l of air in a 10.4l join capacity gives an overall pressure of ...... 104.8 bar.
Start the process over again and keep going. So the problem of what do do during the surface interval is solved. I'm sure I could work out on a spreadsheet how many times it would take to transfer maximum pressure to one side of the twins and what that max pressure would be but I'm not sure I could be bothered.
