| Do you have any non Microsoft Internet protection software running? Some of them have extended privacy options which clear your bin when you log out. Its also worth checking your bin properties (right click it and select properties) to check that the maximum size isn't set to 0% and checking that your local disk isn't out of space (bit of a long shot but its possible). |
