I'm really sorry if people lose their jobs. I'm even sorrier if anyone is treated rudely or inconsiderately by JC staff. But ranting at them, calling them names, rubbing their noses in your money is not called for. They're people just like you and how many of you would care to spend your days telling some drunk or stoned neanderthals that 'no, you can't have any more money'?

I hate to agree with the Scottish Executive but;

'Worker Abuse? There's no excuse'.

Hold on! I was very polite and did not lose my temper or get aggressive.

BUT, if they don't like their job they should change it, there is NEVER an excuse to be rude to 'customers'.

They are paid by the govt, from my taxes, to treat people using basic human relationship principles and I expect to be treated with respect, until such point that I no longer deserve it (ie become abusive etc).
