I have a simpler and cheaper way of stopping this problem.
Don't let clueless people touch your kit!
I'm a lazy person and I have no problem carrying my cylinders wherever I go. The only people I let touch my rig are my buddies who have twins and know how to handle them and one of the dive shops I use because they know as well, and even then not all the guys who fill the cylinders.
Easy way to save £100.
It's always better to cure the disease than alleviate the symptoms.
