Interesting thought. What about wearing a wetsuit underneath the drysuit instead of (or as well as) an undersuit? If the dry suit leak is quite small (which is likely) then the amount of flushing of water through the wetsuit would also be quite small so you might be OK?

Flexibility might be an issue. And you'd probably need a whole ton of weight.
