You could try contacting Sandro direct. Go to the web page find the contact details and give him a bell or drop him an e-mail. He accepts payment via paypal and has always been very helpfull and patient with me in the past!!
If you're tight (like me) then try using telestunt for routing the call - check out
www.telestunt.co.uk, calls are just charged to your normal account but not at the normal rates!!
