Not personally, but I know someone who had one. He used to feel the cold, and for him it makes a huge dffference, particularly combined with open drygloves, so that the warm air pocket can move completely around the body.

I would be keen to only use it for the low exertion deco phase, as this is the only time that I ever feel remotely cold...

He also learned the hard was not to wear it directly against the skin, when his thermal rucked up and left a chunk of his stomach in contact with the vest - it left quite a nasty burn...

I add, he's not a techie, so doesn't do long hangtimes, or have the same loading and therefore possible skin/other bend risk - he's just a lightweight!
