First - Dive site ,vis not too important, as long as you can see to the end of your arm, a bit more is a luxury.
What cracked me up about the Anglesey gig was people moaning about the vis, l had a couple of great 1 mtr vis dives rummaging about in the silt.

Second - Skipper

Third - Boat, lifts are nice but not essential, do-nuts are more important.
