There are I am sure only two air shops in T/bay, both you have mentioned.
Porth Diana is he bay outside the Mike Mcgee's diveshop, yes carparking is £5 per day but convenient. Make sure you don't park on the road (some people do) and the police are always about. You can park up the road around the bend. However there are no facilities there the only loos are on the promanade or at Porthdaffach (probably where you were last week).
Don't quote me but I think high water is about 11am on Saturday.
