Janos mate, if you're saying that you see/feel little if any difference between using 21% and a 32 mix, then dude, you and I have different receptors!! Eeek!

Getting back to the question - no has has yet addressed why PADI/a PADI centre might opt to remove one of the more important and worthwhile aspects (the 'real' affects of being narked and how to recognise and redress them) of their Deep course - when that element/mudule of the course is designed to show you - in full glory - those very affects?
