I had a call from where I used to work on the Isle of Wight a few days ago. This was on an outdoor pursuits centre about 5 miles from Cowes. They have an offer of a weekend of fun - consisting of High Ropes, Abseiling, Rock Climbing, Quads, Dragon Boating and various other stuff. The beer is 1.60 a pint (fosters) and 1.90 for 1664, shots are 2 quid a double (from when I was there last).
The standard price, including accomodation 3 meals per day and tea and coffee is 250 pounds, the offer is 110 pounds per person. The minimum that is allowed in a group is 8 people, max is about 100 - depending on space at the centre. Its a bloody good weekend, I can vouch for that!
If you fancy it please post here - the dates set are the 18-20th. Arrive on the 18th early evening (you need to get a ferry ticket from porstmouth to fishbourne or southampton to cowes - both about the same cost. Look at
