| I've just set up an account with Air products. I chose them because Linde service over the phone was not very good and because BOC said max 137bar, even when asked if they could do 200+.
In terms of a decanting license - can't help, but I did start my conversation by saying I was a qualified Gas blender, so that might have covered that.

Rental 20p per day (£6 per month approx)
