| Not going to go into the 100% / 80% debate here, but I think now BSAC SDPs say you can use 100% (although 80% is recommended) but you still have to stick to a 1.4 ppO2. Which isn't much use for the sea. This was changed a few months ago, but not publicised much. I could be wrong though.

You asked about specifics. A group (about 8 or 10 of us) are doing ERD / Trimix with Jack Ingle. I *think* costs are around £250 for the 3 day ERD course and £350 for the 4 day normoxic Trimix course but I don't have the details in front of me. Accomodation is extra. It might be worth calling him and seeing if he'll put together something that fits your group.
The course is in May, so I can't comment on what it's like, but I'm looking forward to it.

EDIT: For the trip we're doing, the entry requirement was BSAC Advanced Nitrox (for either ERD or Trimix).
