You don't have to. Unlike the YBOD, the dil add and O2 add are totally different. The O2 add button is a conventional drysuit inflator on the right hand side of the left counterlung (ideal for the thumb of the right hand or the index finger of the left) and the dil add is part of the ADV, which is a completely different shape and on your right shoulder. You really can't get them confused.
