I'd try Cornish diving in Falmouth, Steve the owner has been down there over twenty years and and is rebreather friendly. Whilst he might not want 'any old home built' I think when you if you talked to him you might well get a possitive responce. Personal note: I recommend their huge rib (with good ladder) over the hard boat as its got lots of room.
