| you'll have a job getting a boatmans licence they stopped issuing them years ago all they do is renew existing ones, seems the rya have it all sewn up as far as commercial quals go .
the old boatmans is only good for 3 miles offshore which ain't worth a w---k these days if your a charter skipper.
