This would be for a "one-off" dive, not a regular thing.
You need to know where the valves are and what they both do but it's hardly rocket science. If you have an experienced dresser the rest just works.

NB: When they call it "Super-light" that is compared with the old "standard dress". It weighs a ton out of the water.
