I'd go for the otter, I haven't personally had experience of there neo suits (mines the Britannic skin
) but I've got a few mates who have them and they say there the muts. ND's quality control as gone to the dogs since they've out sourced to the far east.
Also I can whole heartedly recommend otter for quality and fantastic after sales service should you need it
but know from experience how flaky ND's after sales can be
