| Ive got an even better idea - and Im afraid it is NOT politically correct. This arose from a £108 stinging for excess baggage recently to the maldives. Smarting from this event, I noted how many large (OK - fat bast,,,,,,) were boarding the plane. I bet they did not pay excess for their personal excess !!
Anyway - the simple answer - weigh the person AND his luggage, set a max personal weight of say, 15 stone for the person (calculated on my luggage excess !!!!) and charge the buggers for the flab.
