Do new neck/cuff seals stretch with time.
I've just picked up my new Otter Brittanic and the neck and cuffs feel a little tight. As it was MTM are they usually cut to the right size or should I trim them a little further?

The gray fixing screws on the EDO 04 head look like cheap stuff bought at the local gardening store.
