My toes are painful to walk on, red and swollen. Also, when I haven’t got weight on them there is a constant, irritating ‘itch’ to them.
I’m sorry this isn’t very pleasant, but I’d like to know if anyone has experienced this and what their diagnosis was. What ever it is, I plan to go to the doctors if it doesn’t calm down by the end of today!

Think you should make the call for your peace of mind.
However, as we all saw at easter all them hunky blokes struggling to get your suit on , i think what your suffering from is :-
A weekend of poor circulation to your feet, from the suit being to tight. Wet wolly socks in a rubber suit causes some awful feet itches , I know , been there and scrapped the socks.
Plus being a rescue course with all that finning ....... are you bending up your toes inside the suit , due to loose boots in the fin at the toes ? this would itch and hurt .
Be good to see what the DOC has to say on this one.
If they need sucking better , i'm only a hour away
